Training and Development Specialist

Crown Consulting, Inc. is a leader in the field of aviation innovation and aerospace infrastructure development. We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and conducting training programs for maintenance staff on newly deployed Voice over IP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in training development, web-based course creation, and instructor-led training delivery.
This position will be located at our facility in Columbia, MD, and requires occasional travel to government facilities. The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
In addition to the competitive salary, Crown Consulting, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including matching 401K, medical, dental, and vision plans.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have an Associate's degree and 10-14 years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of related experience. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio is also required. Familiarity with the ADDIE model for instructional course development and technical writing experience are preferred.
