About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with 5-10 years of construction management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize restoration/construction projects according to a defined scope of work and within the allotted budget.
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the rebuilding process.
  • Daily oversight of in-house skilled craftsmen and network of subcontractors.
  • Proactive communication of potential issues with suggested resolutions or corrective action.
Project Management Software

You'll utilize our industry-leading project management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding job status and stay engaged with our support staff and estimating teams.

Customer Communication

As the primary contact with our customers, you'll lead and coordinate weekly updates to address any concerns they may have.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of construction management experience.
  • Xactimate proficiency.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must possess CSL certification.
Compensation and Benefits
