About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management or estimating, with a strong background in commercial/residential construction and reconstruction/mitigation. A proven track record of creative problem-solving skills, coupled with a highly motivated and proactive approach, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Determine project costs, develop estimates, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or estimating.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, and MICA software, as well as IICRC qualifications (Fire, Water, Mold).
  • Commercial/residential construction experience and background in reconstruction/mitigation.
  • Able to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and willingness to travel.
