We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Construction Manager to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the construction process of new homes, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.">
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed according to the construction schedule and meets quality and safety requirements.">
  • Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and other Adams Homes team members.">
  • Exhibit great attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Follow the construction scheduling process proficiently.">
  • Demonstrate a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic.">
  • Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide necessary guidance to ensure homes are completed on time and in accordance with our quality standards.">

  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.">
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.">

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
