We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Claims Analyst to join our team at Brink's. As a Regional Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating reconciliation discrepancies to reduce claim settlements and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor case and claim data for branches in your region to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive improvement by communicating with branches and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff responsible for case and claims responses.
- Collaborate with National VA to resolve complex out-of-balance situations.
- Partner with branch management to conduct root cause reviews and implement countermeasures to reduce high case and claims volumes.
- Conduct proactive branch audits to ensure adherence to procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and resolve high-dollar variances in a timely manner.
- Communicate with branches and security to identify unusual trends in variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support customer escalations by providing guidance and support to branch staff.
- Identify and resolve cases and claims with branches within your region to drive down risk and claims.
- Ensure all vaults and inventories are in balance daily and escalate issues to the VA team as needed.
- Escalate unresolved claims to the assigned Variance Analyst within 25 days.
- Understand end-to-end operational processes to identify areas for improvement and reduce balancing issues.
- Run monthly and quarterly reports for district and branch leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the ATM industry, servicing, residual balancing, or network settlement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience investigating and resolving claims differences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Brinks Bronze Lean Certification (for internal candidates).
- Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis to other branches within the region.
- Knowledge of ATM reconciliation procedures.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Access DB, BAMS, and iCash.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, tasks, and opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
