Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Supervisor to join our team at Alsco Uniforms. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the management of route districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of a district to be a highly productive team through continual training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the District Manager in ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, new installs, problem-solving, and open communication with customers.
  • Lead your district to success by communicating changes and policies, evaluating route organization, projecting a professional image, and requiring the same from your team.
  • Support the department in following all company policies and procedures, including safety and Service SOP, and evaluate service procedures to make recommendations.
  • Complete general route responsibilities when necessary, safely operate company vehicles, and follow all applicable laws and company policy.
  • Assist in retention and growth, sales, promotions, contests, proper product mix, and continued customer relationships.
  • Perform all responsibilities of a Route Relief/Utility RSR as needed.
Requirements
  • Have and maintain a valid Driver's License and be 21 years or older.
  • Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction, and good time management skills and team player.
  • Recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately.
