In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing global events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized event concepts that meet their objectives.

This role reports to the Manager, Procurement Service Partner and is located at HHMI's headquarters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a small, highly collaborative team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing global events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Coordinating logistics, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event details

We offer a competitive salary range of $32,000 - $44,000 per year, depending on experience.
