Hornetsecurity is looking for a motivated Regional Marketing Manager to support our global growth. You will work closely with our sales team as well as the North American regional marketing team to drive marketing activities across the country

This is a full-time permanent role available immediately. Based out of our office in Chevy Chase, M.D.


Your Job


  • You work hand-in-hand with Hornetsecurity US regional marketing team to execute the regional marketing strategy and tactics.
  • You play a pivotal role within the region, working closely with our sales team, distributors and channel partners to organize, monitor and drive effective regional campaigns to attract interest in our suite of world-leading security, compliance and backup solutions.
  • You help organize events and our participation in various trade shows while also coordinating various other sales and marketing campaigns.
  • You develop and execute the annual marketing plan for US based on our global goals and marketing objectives.
  • You are responsible for creation and rollout of local marketing campaigns in close alignment with our central marketing department.
  • You work closely with other international Marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and activities, also often supporting our efforts as needed.
  • You coordinate cross-functionally with team leads and external agencies and ensure the launch of new products, business development, branding, shows etc.
  • You track your marketing campaigns and compile reports to determine the most successful ones.
  • You are involved in actively managing the marketing budget and plan for the US region.


Your Profile


  • You have a degree in marketing and/or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and have sound knowledge in all areas of marketing.
  • You have substantial experience as a marketing manager within the US and know the business very well.
  • You ideally have channel marketing experience.
  • You tackle things proactively and do tasks today rather than tomorrow.
  • You are a team player and work very well with cross functional teams and external agencies.
  • You are interested in new technologies and are curious about IT security topics and products.
  • You are a native English speaker/writer – any other language is a plus.
