Position Summary
As a Supervisor of Family Engagement Services at FamilyForward, you will lead our Family Engagement team, which includes Family Engagement Specialists and Intensive Permanency Specialists. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations while fostering the growth and development of the program. Family Engagement Specialists are responsible for delivering parenting education, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), and specialized training as provided by the organization. This is an in-office role.

- Attend court hearings as required.
- Facilitate the growth and development of the existing program.
- Engage in Performance Quality Improvement processes.
- Participate in at least one committee for Children's Division and one for FamilyForward.
- Share on-call supervisory duties with other agencies.
- Completion of annual First Aid/CPR training and training in Child Abuse and Neglect identification.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred; bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in crisis intervention, family-centered case management, and social services.
- Familiarity with child protection services, educational systems, and juvenile courts.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and automobile insurance.
- Proficient computer skills.
