Director of Revenue Growth and Expansion

RK Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Revenue Growth and Expansion Director to drive revenue growth and expansion across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in 3PL sales, business development, or a related role, with a focus on large Enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently, from lead generation to closure
- Track and report on sales metrics, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven record of accomplishments and success in 3PL sales, business development, or a related role focusing on large Enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
