Maintenance Technician II

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, contributing to the development of life-changing technologies that transform lives.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose failures, replace defective components, and troubleshoot using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate logs and use a variety of hand, power, and test tools to ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
- May redesign systems and estimate costs to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Strong electromechanical & pneumatic equipment troubleshooting.
- Technical training/certification.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC, Cognex Vision and automated equipment troubleshooting.
- Trained/Certified in Lean and/or six sigma.
