Key Responsibilities- Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Strong electromechanical and pneumatic equipment troubleshooting skills, with experience working with Allen Bradley PLC, Cognex Vision, and automated equipment.
- Certifications and Training: Trained or certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
