Job Title: Program Operations Manager

ICF is seeking a highly skilled Program Operations Manager to support our growing portfolio of work with utilities in the West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a holistic strategy to focus on the coordination of analytics, reporting, research, organization, and process efficiency between multiple large portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain portfolio-level performance forecasts and trend analysis
  • Coordinate with program managers to ensure all activities related to quality program delivery are executed
  • Present performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage operations for the implementation of client portfolios, responsible for ensuring that the programs are performing as expected
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing, designing, or administering successful energy efficiency or demand response programs
  • 2+ years of experience with demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of production, meet tight deadlines, and deliver compliant quality work products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the utility and energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets
  • Certifications related to operational excellence and/or industry-specific certificates
  • Professional affiliations including, but not limited to: AESP, ACEEE, AEE, CEDMC, SWEEP, Efficiency Exchange, CCEC, CalCCA
