Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Thriveworks Counseling is actively seeking candidates who are pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited 60-credit hour program.
- Approval by the board as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.
- Experience in a counseling environment addressing issues such as depression and anxiety is essential.
- Experience in conducting intakes and making diagnoses in accordance with the DSM under supervision is required.
Requirements:
- Availability for full-time work (30 hours per week, including 25 client sessions and 5 hours for administrative tasks and supervision).
- Proximity to the office location is necessary, with a hybrid work model available after the initial probationary period.
- Flexibility in scheduling is expected.

Compensation: This position operates on a fee-for-service basis, with earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, contingent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Detailed compensation discussions will occur during the interview process.
