Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at IMI Precision Engineering. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving organizational design, offering expert coaching, and supporting site transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives.
  • Facilitate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in people management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and other senior leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
  • Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proven experience managing complex HR projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
