Construction Project Manager

This is a senior-level construction management position responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project management, supervision, and leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP.
- Experience with construction software, such as Procore or Autodesk.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
This position requires frequent travel to construction sites, with occasional work in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing project requirements, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
