We are not a standard recruitment agency because we allow for role ownership, offer base+commission+bonus potential, we don't push full-desk recruiting (we have more than enough closable roles), we don't push VMS openings, and we have long-standing relationships with most hiring managers we partner with.

This is not a fully remote role, MMD is in office MWF. All candidates must be either local to Chicago or open to relocation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans, working directly with Recruitment Managers and Sales reps, and actively recruiting on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute recruitment plans, including deliverables, tracking progress milestones, meeting financial objectives, and emphasizing quick ramp-up for quick earning potential.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively recruit on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles, utilizing internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sponsored job postings, and enhanced contact platforms.
  • Client Management: Partner with leadership, sales, and clients to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
  • Candidate Screening: Source and screen qualified technical candidates, determining strengths, discussing career history, and career trajectory.
  • Salary Negotiation: Negotiate salaries with clients and candidates.
  • Activity Tracking: Utilize internal databases for activity tracking.
