Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with project managers and contractors to oversee project timelines and financial management.
  • Develop and sustain project budgets, timelines, and analytical reports.
  • Track project advancement and pinpoint potential challenges.
  • Establish baseline schedules and evaluate time-related impacts.
  • Assess contractor schedule submissions to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assist project management in generating reports for comprehensive project evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 9 years of experience in scheduling within heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD or modeling software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with prior experience in professional services.
  • Experience with Department of Transportation projects is preferred.
