Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist II, Neurosurgery to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our neurosurgical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide technical product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our neurosurgical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the neurosurgical market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to understand complex medical concepts and product features.
