Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce performance standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a high-quality service environment.
  • Monitor staff levels and provide feedback to management on associate performance and expertise.
  • Implement training programs to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
  • Ensure areas are kept clean and in proper condition, and that all service equipment is operational and handled safely.
  • Circulate through the outlet to ensure front-of-house operations are run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Responsible for listening to, evaluating, and assuring control of customer grievances.
  • Monitor job performances of all employees and provide feedback to aid in skill development.
  • Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor, and safety regulations.
  • Lead by setting a positive example to all associates.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of previous progressive food and beverage experience required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
  • Must be C.A.R.E. certified before starting work.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate to high noise levels. The physical demands of the job include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, stooping, and stretching.
