About the Role

Corbion is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Technologist IV to play a key role in developing new products for the baking industry. As a member of the Ingredient Solutions R&D team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that deliver products to meet market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute bakery and non-bakery projects to develop new and improved products
  • Conduct research related to food ingredients and evaluate potential raw materials
  • Work collaboratively with operations, master data, procurement, and RDA teams to achieve project objectives
  • Communicate effectively with peers and management to report work status and critical information
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver project objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Bakery Science, Food Science, Cereal Chemistry, or related fields
  • Basic formulation and industrial processing knowledge related to bakery or food products
  • Ability to work independently to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Proven success communicating to a wide range of audiences concerning technical and business needs
  • General understanding of bakery analytical equipment
  • Possess problem-solving skills and capable of self-management and multiple project/task management
