Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Server to join our team at the Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to restaurant customers, adhering to venue standards.
  • Take and fill all food and drink orders, and assist in maintaining the dining area in a clean and neat manner.
  • Comply with all health and safety standards, regulations, and applicable laws and ordinances.
  • Monitor customer needs and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Restaurant Manager, Food Shift Supervisors, and other co-workers to ensure a smoothly run operation.
  • Assist with maintenance and cleanliness duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or above.
  • Gaming property - Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
  • Must be C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting work.
Work Environment

The work environment is moderate to loud, with occasional exposure to tobacco smoke. Associates must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
