Job Description:

This position is located in a dynamic and fast-paced Fleet shop environment where the successful candidate will be responsible for inventory protection, asset management, and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for managing inventory levels, ensuring proper processes and procedures are utilized to minimize inventory shrinkage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with our partner and customer base, fulfilling work order requests from customers by utilizing various approved vendors.
  • Review daily reporting to ensure fill rate requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the management team.
  • Ensure the site is utilizing approved non-company line codes appropriately, barcoding inventory and placing it in designated bin locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, stockroom, and outside areas, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or fleet management preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus but not required.
  • Federal background check required.
Work Environment:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, except during emergency situations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and operate moving aids designed to move heavy and bulky items.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Fleet shop environment with exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
