Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients using established company protocols.
  • Interact with all clients, potential customers, and colleagues with professionalism, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
  • Accurately document all details from client interactions in the system promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Lead and Inside Sales Coaches for inquiries or escalated client issues.
  • Achieve daily performance targets, including both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to your supervisor for appropriate handling, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating maturity and the capacity to accept constructive criticism positively.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking, transitioning between different types of calls without losing efficiency or composure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment focused on Customer Care/Service is required.

Compensation:
