- Staff Development: Mentor and train kitchen staff, identifying their developmental needs and providing guidance to enhance their culinary skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in culinary arts or related field, or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
