About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Hilti North America. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude, with ability to demonstrate tools to customers and collaborate with various departments
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company-provided vehicle
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule, including occasional travel
