Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Heavy Industrial Operations Engineering Team. This role will involve leading projects to drive manufacturing process improvements, focusing on process technology, new product process development, automation, and digital technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing engineering solutions to address critical problems
  • Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and workstations for new product introduction
  • Manage the investigation and justification of new equipment and tooling
Requirements
  • BS in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong project management skills
  • Root cause problem-solving skills and Lean/Six-Sigma certifications
