About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Device Assembler to join our team at LanceSoft. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small parts, inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting out defective medical devices. A key aspect of this job is maintaining a clean work environment, following safety policies, and completing production records. Additional duties include weighing and packaging finished product and ensuring high-quality visual inspections of products.

The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, visual inspection skills, and the ability to comprehend and follow procedures. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work at a production rate are also essential. Acceptance of change, flexibility, effective listening skills, and communication skills are highly valued in this role. If you are self-motivated and able to take direction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around $42,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
