Medical Device Technician

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team at our Southington, CT facility.
This position involves manual assembly of small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Inspecting the product to ensure good quality using various types of magnification.
- Completing production records and work order documentation as needed.
- Weigh count, package, and label the finished product.
- Maintaining a clean work area.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to move and lift objects of up to 25 lbs.
You are required to sit or stand for long periods.
Ability to complete documentation and identify non-conforming products is essential.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
You must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
Work ArrangementsThis position offers a competitive salary of $18 per hour and Monday-Friday 1st Shift 6:45 am – 3:15 pm schedule.
You will be eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance.
