Position Overview:

As a vital member of Lessing's Hospitality, the Bridal Services Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for brides on their special day.

Key Qualifications:
  • Possess a friendly and proactive demeanor, with experience in a dynamic customer service setting.
  • Strong communication, grooming, time management, and organizational skills, complemented by a reliable work history.
  • Prior experience in event hosting or as a Bridal Attendant is essential.
  • Availability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, during both daytime and evening hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the bride in adhering to her schedule, ensuring she has all necessary items for comfort and readiness throughout the day.
  • Oversee bridesmaids to confirm uniformity and timely preparation.
  • Support with floral arrangements for guests, parents, and party members.
  • Facilitate the transport of items for attendants from the ceremony to the reception venue.
  • Monitor photography sessions as requested.
  • Address any last-minute issues that may arise.
  • Assist ushers in welcoming guests at the ceremony venue.
  • Help in delivering gifts to the bridal suite.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
