Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments
  • Review patient care plans daily to determine if changes in the resident's daily care routine have been made on the care plan
  • Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan
  • Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Have a 10th grade education or above
  • Active CNA certification in Oregon
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
