Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Health Services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine checks on residents to ensure their personal care needs are met in accordance with their wishes.
  • Review patient care plans daily to identify any changes or updates.
  • Communicate effectively with the nurse supervisor and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming environment that promotes resident comfort and well-being.
  • Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel at ease.
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
  • Effectively communicate resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in this state.
  • Passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
