Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Registered Nurse First Assistant to join our team at Samaritan Health Services. As a key member of our surgical team, you will work closely with surgeons to ensure the safe and successful outcome of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with surgeons to perform safe and effective operations
  • Provide high-quality perioperative care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
  • Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
  • Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification (preferred)
  • Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
