About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our interventional cardiology team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating effectively with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

Your expertise will help reduce fragmentation and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to provide individualized care and support. With a strong emphasis on quality improvement, you will contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

This rewarding role offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $115,000, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. To succeed, you should have a background in critical care nursing, preferably in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit or Cardiac Catheterization lab.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with emergent cardiac procedures
- Remove femoral artery sheaths after cardiac procedures
- Coordinate invasive procedures and ensure adequate stock levels
- Provide in-services and nursing education on new devices and procedures

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit or Cardiac Catheterization lab
