Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present price quotes, and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Manage warranty claims and credits, ensuring compliance with division policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and promote Viaflex products.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
