Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in a leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing complex projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, work closely with marketing to develop marketing materials, and participate in project meetings and client events.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex projects, develop and maintain client relationships, and stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Leadership and Supervision: Mentor junior engineers, develop employee performance development programs, and promote a positive and solution-oriented work environment.
- Education: Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in business development and project management.
- Certifications: Registered RG, CEG, PE, GE, or equivalent.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $145,000 - $175,000 per year.
