Job Overview
Hirschbach is seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to enhance our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the company's expansion efforts across various locations, focusing on recruiting for a range of Driver Support positions, including both office and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in recruitment for diverse Driver Support roles, working closely with leadership to address hiring needs, strategize team growth, ensure candidate fit, and finalize essential hires.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer letter drafting, and managing pre-employment processes.
  • Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, referrals, and outreach. Assess resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, verify references, and execute pre-employment checks.
  • Utilize online job boards and databases to source qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews for various organizational roles.
  • Provide exceptional recruitment services, advising hiring managers on comprehensive staffing strategies.
  • Effectively manage multiple open positions across different business units and corporate functions.
  • Implement ongoing improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Travel to various locations to facilitate job networking events.
  • Proactively contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, ideally complemented by relevant professional experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is advantageous.
  • At least two years of experience in high-volume recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and motivated approach, with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and candidates.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other company locations.
