Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, promoting a love of learning and development.
  • Create a secure and stimulating environment that fosters play and exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing their child's progress and achievements through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of our center, collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment and engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of each child in your care.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment that supports learning and growth.
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience, with a minimum of six months of experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred, with the ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
