Job Title: Service Lead

At Lolli & Pops, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Lead to join our team. As a keyholder and member of the leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store-level financial and operational results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and achieve store targets by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing effective strategies.
  • Lead by example and maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and selling skills.
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively.
  • Be a champion of Lolli & Pops, promoting our brand and values both in and out of the store.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people.
  • A bias towards action, with the ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items safely.
  • The desire to be coached and mentored, with a growth mindset.
  • An eye for detail, with a focus on cleanliness and the extra touch.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks daily.
