Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Quality Documents Coordinator to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating document reviews, approvals, and updates, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and updates, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with QA audits and ensure all required documents are accessible and up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Experience in document control, quality assurance, or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Information:$23-$25 per hour salary range (depending on experience).
