We are seeking a skilled Title Examiner to join our team in the real estate industry. This role will provide nationwide title services as part of a production center, branch office or member of a title team.

Job Summary:

  • This position involves compiling, investigating and examining public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of the property.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
  • A high level of administrative and support functions is required to assist in departmental processes.
  • The selected individual will follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • They must use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary to address internal and external clients and team members.
  • This role requires an individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and great computer skills are essential.
  • A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
