Job Summary

The Senior Escrow Specialist is responsible for preparing all closing documents and ensuring that loan and contract paperwork is signed correctly and notarized. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all closing documents for lenders and title companies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure loan and contract paperwork is signed correctly and notarized.
  • Review lender instructions and comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of escrow experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Houston.
