About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to manage all accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations and accounting principles. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial business planning, forecasting, budgeting, AP/AR, reporting, and advising on performance including revenues, expenses, cash flow, and other KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, with 3+ years' work experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience working with ERP systems are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support both short-term and long-term business planning processes to create meaningful financial plans that guide the organization and drive the achievement of financial and operational objectives.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years' work experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP.
