- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Loyalty, and Brand, to align and drive onboard experience initiatives.
- Manage business partner relationships, including contract compliance and performance monitoring.
- Develop and launch new product concepts from ideation to execution.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for onboard experience.
- Manage and report on food quality control and food safety.
- Participate in cross-functional teams responsible for fleet development and implementation.
- Manage product business partners, logistics, and contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the onboard experience.
- Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Five years of experience in product development and/or management, with two years of experience leading large cross-functional product portfolios and teams.
- Proven experience in analyzing and defining contractual/commercial terms.
- Broad knowledge of airline and food and beverage industries.
- Knowledge of management concepts, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (minimum Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Available for overnight travel (up to 70%).
- Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing and negotiating with external business partners from a delivery and service management perspective.
- Project management experience, including in-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools.
- One year of experience in the airline catering industry.
- Prior experience in culinary and/or operations.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
- Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
- Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue's Safety Management System.
- Promote JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy, and behavioral standards.
- Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary, including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Safety Action Report (SAR)).
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.), and Company policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities.
