Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage weekly financial performance and business development reports as directed by the leadership.
  • Collaborate with Onboard Revenue executives to compile and analyze critical data for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process by assessing the financial implications of significant trends and providing interpretations of costs and profits.
  • Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative financial analyses, maintaining essential financial models for operational needs.
  • Independently generate month-end and ad hoc reports, including various perspectives of profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuously assess departmental workflows to enhance efficiency and automate processes related to planning and month-end reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA and/or professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and refining complex financial models and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software, including PowerBI, Oracle, and Hyperion.
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring candidates to be within commuting distance to the office for in-person collaboration three days a week.
