Service Desk Associate

The Service Desk Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor club access, ensuring that only authorized individuals are able to enter the facility.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from members and guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Sell memberships and process new member sign-ups, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system, collecting payments and processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that the facility is kept clean and safe for members and guests.
- Assist with special events and promotions, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a challenging environment.
