Key Responsibilities:

The Life Enrichment Assistant will play a vital role in orchestrating, organizing, and executing a variety of engaging activities tailored to the interests and needs of our residents. This includes:

  • Facilitating both group and individual activities aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Transporting residents to off-site events and outings.
  • Conducting the Resident Activity Assessment in compliance with facility, federal, and state regulations, ensuring that the preferences and requirements of each resident are documented.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation will be based on experience.
