Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior engineers to ensure successful equipment installations
* Diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions
* Document all activities accurately and follow established protocols
* Develop strong relationships with customers and represent Applied Materials professionally

Qualifications
* Associate degree or equivalent field experience
* 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor or equipment support industries
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Basic understanding of mechanical principles and hand tools
