Position Overview: Governance and Tradecraft Analyst - Mid/Senior Level

Role Significance:

As a Governance and Tradecraft Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will be instrumental in shaping the policies and procedures that govern the application of Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the creation of governance documentation and tradecraft directives, lead collaborative meetings, and ensure adherence to production standards, all while enhancing national security through proficient intelligence analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

To qualify for this challenging role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Essential Education and Experience:

· A Bachelor's degree coupled with 14 years of relevant experience in all-source analysis, ideally with experience at the Defense Intelligence Agency, a Combatant Command (CCMD), or Service Component.

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Active TS/SCI clearance

· In-depth knowledge of the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).

· Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) that influence all-source intelligence analysis.

· Comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.

· Working knowledge of MIDB, SOM, RKS, FADE.

· Acquaintance with Object Based Intelligence principles.

· Experience in coordinating, drafting, and publishing policy documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Agile Methodologies

· Experience with QUELLFIRE or generating a Common Intelligence Picture

Remote Work Availability: Limited telework options available

Compensation Range:

Please note that the figures below are general guidelines. Compensation is determined based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$160,000 - $180,000
