Position Overview
The Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the overall objectives of our mortgage lending operations. This position involves the effective execution and implementation of established policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strategic recruitment plan for the assigned market/region, focusing on attracting top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with designated training personnel to create and sustain an effective training framework, including evaluation methods and development plans.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels are consistently maintained to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly assess production efficiency and standards.
  • Guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage operational and administrative expenses effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues promptly.
  • Foster community engagement initiatives and encourage participation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee and evaluate designated teams or personnel in alignment with organizational policies and legal standards. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisals.

Qualifications
